The dispensary was established in September 1951 with staff of three doctors. In 1954 it had been moved to a separate building, consisting of three rooms and had served 4000 persons from the former districts of Varna and Tolbuhin. In 1969 the dispensary was moved to a new building, where four consulting rooms were opened:
- surgical
- internal
- gynaecological
- dermic
